I'm Trevor.

Giving massage has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. Through deep curiosity and a natural kinesthetic awareness, I consistently brought my family and friends relief from their pain and got them back to enjoying their busy, day-to-day lives.

Looking back, years of playing sports and music taught me the rest: effective bodywork is what lets you keep doing what you love without setbacks. And like any artistic medium, massage puts me in a flow state that creates space for deep healing to happen.

So the way I work is slow and intentional. I give your muscles the time, permission, and agency they need to actually release, leaving you with results that last. You'll always hop off my table feeling closer to your best self.

What I Offer

Two ways to work together, both fully tailored to you. Pick the one that fits and choose a length. Not sure which? Send me a message and I'll help you choose.

Bodywork Session

SwedishLong, gliding strokes at an easy pressure. The classic relaxing massage that calms the nervous system and gets circulation moving. · Deep tissueSlower, firmer work into the deeper muscle layers for tension that has been there a while. Firm, but never more than you want. · NeuromuscularSteady, focused pressure on tight spots to interrupt the pain-and-tension cycle and let the muscle reset. · Trigger pointA trigger point is a knot that can refer pain elsewhere, like a shoulder knot causing a headache. This finds those knots and releases them directly. · MyofascialA slow, sustained stretch of the fascia, the thin tissue wrapping your muscles. Eases that stiff, stuck-all-over feeling. · Strain-counterstrainGently settles a muscle into a relaxed position and holds it, letting a spasm release on its own. Good when a spot is too tender for direct pressure.

Tap a technique to see what it means

The table session, shaped to whatever your body needs that day. Some of it is slow and calming, some of it digs into the spots that won't let go. You point me to what hurts, I follow the tissue from there, and you leave looser and more like yourself. Aromatherapy included.

Movement & Recovery

Fully clothed · No oils · No draping

For any body that works hard, not just athletes. The desk-bound shoulder, the nurse on her feet, the parent hauling car seats, the framer with a hammer, the weekend hiker. Done fully clothed, it loosens what daily wear tightens and catches small strains before they become real injuries. A tune-up before the effort, a reset after it.
